Features:
- Technically it is called a "Tapping Pressure Ferrule Non
Return" (TPFNR) Ferrule Cock.
- Range of sizes include ½"(15mm), ¾"(20mm), 1"(25mm) 1¼"(32mm),
1½"(40mm) or 2"(50mm).
- Inlet and Outlet Threads are available in BSPT and ASTM
Threads.
- The Ferrule design prevents BACKFLOW by means of the "Jumper
Valve". This means the event of cross contamination caused by
backflow is restricted.
- The Ferrule consists of a Body with a threaded MI inlet and a
threaded FI outlet and an ABS quarter turn "ON/OFF" Valve.
- A "Jumper Valve" is a non-captivated disc that opens when the
water flows in one direction and snaps closed when water flows in
the reverse direction.
- The picture shows the spindle style that allows the ferrule
cock to be operated once installed. Also available is a version
that has a cap on the bonnet so the ferrule cock can't be
operated.
